We are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within U.A.E.
- July House Return Policy and cancellation allows you to cancel an order, should you think you do not require the item any longer. This must be done at the earliest possible time after the order was placed, and you must inform us quickly by email and by phone. You can return items ordered within 5days of order for full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our beauty products. Soaps, shampoos, shower gels cannot be refunded.
- If an item is returned because you do not need it or for any other reason except that it is sold to you in a bad state, we will not refund delivery charges to you, but we will refund the value of the returned items or exchange as you may desire. Refund will only occur after product inspection.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Should an order to an overseas destination be returned by customs because the customer did not pay the customs charges if any, we would not be responsible for the delivery charges incurred and we will only refund the value of any resalable items returned.
- Payment of customs charges and levies are the customers responsibilities.
